Today was our annual visit to the Fargo Ribfest.........Yummmy!! We had great BBQ, corn on the cob, cotton candy, and deep fried oreos and twinkies. Then we went over and played on the big blow up things. Thought I would share some pics. Enjoy....

deep fried oreos...seriously? i think that all i can dwell on is the "deep fried" part and all that grease...i suppose that i would just have to try it

I am telling you, deep fried Oreos are so yummy. Surprisingly, they are not greasy at all. They are dipped funnel cake dough and then fried. It makes the Oreo soft and warm on the inside. Don't knock it until you try it.
mm. i DO love me some funnel cake.
Then I am telling you... try the Oreos. We tasted them out of curiosity. We went to Bates Nut Farm a few summers ago and everyone was walking around with Oreos, so we tried them and they were YUMMY!
hmm. the only problem is where do i find deep fried oreos..
i've never seen them anywhere around here!
they don't have that kind of stuff at our county fair..they have healthy stuff like gyros and thai food and stuff. isn't that sad?
