On Tuesday we went to Station 48 and took a tour with the Firemen.
They were really great with the kids and they got to do lots of really neat stuff like..........
Walk through the emergency vehicles. This is the ambulance.
This is the actual fire truck.
The kids loved seeing the fireman get dressed up in their gear. We had the kids go stand with him because they were looking a little scared.
They got to play with their tools. This is their "Jaws of Life". It weighs about 60 pounds and can crush up to 30,000 pounds.
They got to try on all of their equipment.
And the best part was they got to play in the water!

awesome! have you seen UHF? the fire hose part made me smile thinking about timmy drinking from the fire hose!
Oops! Sorry Jaxon ruined that second picture with his big head! That was a lot of fun! I'm glad we're sticking together in the old ward!
So fun! I remember going to a fire station when i was a kid.
