Ryen's Birthday

Ryen turned 9 last month!! I still can't believe that she is that old. She got to choose from a wad of cash or a birthday party and she went with the cash. She took her dad on a shopping spree for books, hair stuff, and jewelery. She had a blast!! We were really proud that she even saved some of it to use at a later date. So grown up. Here are a couple of pics from her birthday.
This is a quick gem gadget that she got from Grandma Connie. She has used a million times on all of us at one time or another. I think all of the dolls in the house have had gems put in their hair too. It is pretty cool. This is a book light that she got from her sister Ali. It has already disappeared. :)

The wonderful lady at Cold Stones made this cake especially for Ryen. We were trying to bring a little sun shine to Rye's birthday. It worked we were only negative 11 that day. Yeah
