How is it that the West Coast can not seem to perfect the bagel? I am sitting in my amazing hotel in DC eating the best bagel-EVER! Why can't I get one of these in Vegas or anywhere in the general vicinity? I have wondered this for years, anyone have an idea?
The bagels are not the only thing I am loving here in DC. More to come...
